1. General Terms

jdbyy is an online gaming platform for players in Myanmar. Anyone using these services must follow the terms set out in this Agreement.

1.1 Age Restriction

The jdbyy platform is available to users aged 21+ only. Any person under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing this service. If an account is opened with a false age, that account may be closed and any remaining funds will not be refunded.

1.2 Right to Amend This Agreement

jdbyy may amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the service after changes are published will be taken as acceptance of those changes. Players should make a habit of reading this policy regularly.

1.3 Language & Definitions

In this Agreement, "platform" refers to the jdbyy website and all related services. "Player" and "you" refer to any person who has registered or is browsing the platform.

2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

2.1 One Account Policy

Each player may only open one account. If multiple accounts with the same personal details are found, all of those accounts may be closed and any funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate. If incorrect information is given, jdbyy may refuse service and block withdrawals.

2.3 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their username and password safe. jdbyy is not responsible for any losses caused by a third party accessing your account. If you notice any unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

2.4 Account Sharing Prohibition

Players may not share, lend, or transfer their account to anyone else for any reason. Violating this policy may result in immediate account closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals at jdbyy—

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks (for any payment method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After a withdrawal request is reviewed, funds are normally received within 5 to 30 minutes. If there is a delay during the review process, jdbyy will contact the player.

3.4 Payment Verification

jdbyy may require a player to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. The name on the player's payment account must match the name on their jdbyy account.

3.5 Refund Policy

Funds already wagered cannot be refunded. Refunds will only be considered in cases of a technical fault or an error on the part of the service provider.

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jdbyy offers first-time depositors a 200% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Examples—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive bonus 40,000 Ks, balance becomes 60,000 Ks, wagering required: 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks
• Deposit 220,000 Ks, receive bonus 200,000 Ks, balance becomes 420,000 Ks, wagering required: 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus specifies which games are eligible, the valid period, and the minimum odds and stake limits. Players should check the details when viewing any promotion.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If a player opens multiple accounts, exchanges bonuses between accounts, or uses betting strategies that appear to be bonus abuse, jdbyy may cancel the bonus and close the account.

4.5 Promotion Modification or Cancellation

Players should be aware that jdbyy may modify, suspend, or change any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Gaming Policy

5.1 Game Fairness and RNG

Games on the jdbyy platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, so results are random and fair. Players may not use any technology that attempts to predict game outcomes.

5.2 Bet Closure and Modification

Do not assume that a bet can be changed only after the live session ends — this varies depending on the game type. Please check the individual game rules.

5.3 Game Exploitation

If a player attempts to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or technical methods to inflate their balance, any funds gained from such attempts will be voided and the account may be closed.

5.4 Game Disclaimer

Players must understand that games on jdbyy may be delayed, cancelled, or changed for various reasons. jdbyy is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from this.

6. Prohibited Activities

Players must not carry out any of the following activities on the platform—

• Intentionally exploiting financial errors
• Transferring funds in the form of friendly bets rather than settling debts
• Using the platform as a channel to launder criminal funds (Money Laundering)
• Using bots, scripts, or automated playing tools
• Reverse-engineering game software
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff
• Submitting inaccurate or fraudulent KYC/identity documents

If any of these violations are found with evidence, jdbyy will take strict corrective action and may pursue legal proceedings.

7. Privacy & Security

7.1 Data Handling

Information provided by players is used solely to deliver services, verify accounts, and meet legal obligations. It will not be sold or shared with third parties without the player's consent — except where required by law.

8. Service Suspension & Account Closure

8.1 Closure by jdbyy

jdbyy may temporarily or permanently close a player's account without prior notice if this agreement is breached, if financial fraud is suspected, or if required by law.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request account closure by contacting us via 24/7 live chat or [email protected]. Any remaining balance in the account will be paid out in accordance with the withdrawal policy, and any bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

8.3 Temporary Service Suspension

Services may be temporarily suspended due to server maintenance, technical issues, or major external events. jdbyy is not liable for any losses arising from this.

9. Limitation of Liability

As a company providing direct services and software, jdbyy is not liable for damages, loss of profit, or indirect losses resulting from a player's financial losses — gambling losses are the player's own responsibility.

jdbyy's liability for breaches or data leaks caused by faults of third-party service providers (software developers, payment companies) is also limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

10. Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar. In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve it amicably, and if that is not possible, it may be referred to legal arbitration.

Players are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws on online gambling in their own jurisdiction. jdbyy is not liable for any legal consequences arising from this.

11. Changes

jdbyy may amend this agreement at any time. While players are checking the latest version of this policy each time they log in and play, we encourage you to read it regularly. Continuing to use the service without objection will be treated as acceptance of the changes.
